03-09-2024This arrived in a re-taped box, with the piece for the end of the metal frame extremely bent! This piece is crucial and the couch can't be assembled without it, and since it causes the rest of the rungs not to fit (pictured) I couldn't make it work. Such a bummer, because I really like the cushion and was so excited to try this out. I've reached out to the manufacturer and will update my review if/when I get a reply/resolution.
